Captain Picard was the Captain in StarTrek: The Next Generation. (I used to watch it when I was going through Chemo, so why don't you make fun of me for having cancer, too. ) Anyway, before they would travel he would say, "Engage." And then someone would do whatever.
There is supposed to be a better segue here, about me getting engaged to Stacy, but there is not.
On Saturday the 14th of January in a private indoor picnic for two, I asked Stacy to marry me. She nodded. Which I am going to take for a, "YES!"
We have 190 days. There are many things to do. And there are somethings things that we don't want to do that have to be done anyway.
Wedding: July 29th 2006.

Yah-hooo!!!! I can't wait! I am so excited I can't hide it! Where are the pictures from thy engagement day?? :)
Congradulations man... publishing a book, getting married... pretty soon you're not gonna have any reason to be so cynical! ;)
